Ring Sizing

• Unsure of your size? Order our $1 ring sizer tool for accurate measurements here.
• We do not offer half sizes (e.g., 6½). Round up to the nearest whole size.

Jewellery Care

• All pieces are solid 925 sterling silver and safe for water exposure (avoid prolonged contact with hot water or chemicals).
• To remove tarnish, use a silver polishing cloth (not sold by us).

Custom Requests

We are unable to accommodate custom designs or sizes, as our jewelry is batch-produced. All available items are listed on our site.

Shipping & Returns

• Track returns via your Order History.
• Allow 2–5 business days for processing after we receive your return.
